Serving our Community

San Bernardino Valley is a special district, which is a unique form of the government created to meet a specific need. Our responsibility to the public is to ensure our region has a reliable water supply. Our agency manages the region’s long-term water supply by importing water from the California State Water Project (SWP) and by replenishing local groundwater basins.
